Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Naija Punters (the "Platform", "we", "us"), accessible at naijapunters.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Naija Punters.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Naija Punters. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you, including any local rules on sports betting or gambling-related content.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Usernames are permanent once chosen, so pick one you're happy to be known by. Provide accurate information at signup, including a valid email and WhatsApp/phone number — we use these to verify your account and, where necessary, contact you about it, including to arrange a Super 10 prize payout.

Naija Punters does not accept bets, process wagers, or handle betting funds. Posts, comments and bet-slip screenshots shared here are user-generated commentary about wagers placed with third-party bookmakers — we are not a party to those wagers and take no responsibility for their outcome.

Super 10 is different: it's completely free to play — no entry fee, no deposit, no stake. Naija Punters funds and pays real cash prizes directly to winners, on the terms set out in Section 4 below.

Tipster Picks reflect the opinions of the individual tipster, not Naija Punters. Odds and outcomes are provided for reference and can change; always confirm current odds with your bookmaker before staking your own money. Gambling carries risk — please bet responsibly and within your means.

Playing Super 10 is free. Naija Punters awards the following cash prizes:

• Jackpot — ₦100,000: awarded to any member who correctly predicts all 10 selections (5 matches, 2 markets each) on a single Super 10 ticket for that game day.
• Monthly Super Leaderboard — #1: ₦30,000: awarded to the punter ranked #1 by Super 10 points on the Monthly Super Leaderboard when the calendar month ends.
• Monthly Super Leaderboard — #2: ₦20,000: awarded to the punter ranked #2 by Super 10 points on the Monthly Super Leaderboard when the calendar month ends.
• Monthly Super Leaderboard — #3: ₦10,000: awarded to the punter ranked #3 by Super 10 points on the Monthly Super Leaderboard when the calendar month ends.

Eligibility. Prizes are open to verified members aged 18+ with a confirmed email and phone number, and one account per person. Naija Punters staff, moderators and admins are not eligible for cash prizes, to keep competition fair for everyone else.

Verification. Before paying a prize, we may ask you to verify your identity and contact details, and provide payment details (such as a Nigerian bank account) so we can send your prize.

Timing. We aim to confirm Jackpot wins within 7 business days, and Monthly Super Leaderboard results within 7 business days of month-end. Verified prizes are typically paid within 14 business days after verification is complete.

Multiple winners. If more than one member hits the Jackpot on the same game day, each qualifying member receives the full Jackpot prize for that day, unless we announce different rules for a specific promotion.

Fair play. We may withhold or reclaim a prize, and suspend or disqualify an account, if we find evidence of multiple accounts, collusion, exploiting a bug, or any other form of cheating.

Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes owed on their prize under applicable Nigerian law.

Changes. We may change prize amounts or rules, or discontinue Super 10 prizes, for future game days or months at our discretion — we'll post any change here. Changes don't affect prizes already won under the previous rules. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

You agree not to use Naija Punters to:

• Post spam, scams, or misleading "guaranteed win" claims;
• Harass, threaten, or post hateful or discriminatory content;
• Impersonate another person, tipster, or bookmaker;
• Upload content you don't have the right to share;
• Create multiple accounts, or attempt to manipulate votes, the leaderboard, or Super 10 results;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. Use the Report button on any post or comment to flag content for our moderators.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on Naija Punters, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content on the Platform so we can operate the service (for example, showing your posts in feeds and search).

Verified Tipster status is granted at our discretion based on track record and community trust, and can be revoked if a tipster breaks these Terms or repeatedly misleads members.

Naija Punters is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the accuracy of odds, picks, or predictions shared by users or tipsters, and we're not liable for losses arising from bets you place with third parties based on content found here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of any Super 10 prize you are owed and correctly verified under Section 4.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
